Services
Green Pastures Realty LLC buys and sells vacant land. We offer properties for sale through cash purchases and owner financing arrangements. Our services include property listings, buyer and seller communications, transaction coordination, and document preparation.
Property Listings
All property information, including acreage, pricing, and descriptions, is provided to the best of our knowledge. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, including independent title searches, surveys, and property inspections, prior to purchase. Property availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Transactions
- All sales are subject to a $250 administrative fee, which covers back-end work necessary to complete the transaction.
- There is no early payoff penalty on owner-financed properties. Buyers may pay off their balance at any time.
- Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and wire transfer. For cash sales, remaining funds after down payment must be sent via wire transfer.
- Green Pastures Realty LLC prepares and records deeds for properties we sell as the owner. We do not provide legal advice and recommend consulting an attorney for any legal questions regarding your transaction.
SMS/Text Message Communications
By texting our business number or opting in through our website or property listings, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Green Pastures Realty LLC regarding your property inquiry or transaction.

- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.

We send messages between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM MST only.
Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
